Lemurs & Dental Development

I also continue to work on projects examining dental development, life history, anatomy and growth in primates. Along with collaborators I have used a variety of tools to examine life-history variation among extinct primates (including electron microscopy and ontogenetic studies of dental eruption and root formation), and data from wild lemurs to better understand their growth and health in pristine and disturbed forest fragments.
